The World Cup is here!

So, to the delight of football lovers across the globe, the World Cup is finally here. Or, as Ben Harris (http://twitter.com/housingdabble) put it so eloquently this morning, "no more sleeps".

What has this got to do with estate agents?

Number one, it's an opportunity to score points with your staff. Part of being a good boss is about providing a happy working atmosphere.

Number two, there will be plenty of football lovers who won't appreciate you arranging viewings that clash with the big games. Show empathy and put the relationship first.

Number three, as one PropertyADD customer found out yesterday, be prepared to negotiate for the temporary removal of England flags and bunting to avoid spoiled photographs!
